Is it possible to change my appointment?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 1 day’s notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any appointments rescheduled within 1 day of the original date will require full payment. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the payment process work?
To secure your booking, we request a valid payment information at the booking site to keep on file. You can preset the Tip as you prefer. You can make payment using Cards, Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp, or through booking site after treatment.
What do I need to prepare for my procedures?
For Lash extension, please come in without any eye make-up. For face sculpting, face free of make-up. We do have cleanser at the studio for use.
For PMU, you will be assisted with pre-procedure. information.
